Awesome service! We all know how awkward it can be when you have to have strangers in your home for repairs. The guys were efficient, friendly and did the job perfectly. Thank you so much you will be my first call if I need a plumber again.

Absolutely superb company. My first plumber I've needed and very responsive, very reasonable priced , great communication, great overall service . Most importantly, he arrived when we agreed a time. Issues werw fixed there and then within agreed price range. Will definitely use this plumber as my 1st point of call in the future.

Speedy friendly response, as most other local tradesman I had previously contacted did not bother responding back to me at all, even when they had said they would. Slight unavoidable delay in trade man arriving on planned day but I was contacted and received an emphatic apology for this ( which was unavoidable due to staff sickness) Highly recommend this friendly and efficient service and am very content with work completed. Outstanding is the best description. A complete kitchen redesign and the team couldn't have been more helpful. There were multiple days when some work was needed, disconnection of the old services, before the old kitchen was removed. Then pre wiring and plumbing for the new kitchen. Then connection and installation. All completed on time to a professionally standard. And the bill came in under budget. Nothing was too hard.

Shane was honest about our heat pump situation and recommended and arranged for a service person who understood the problem as Shane explained to him so we agreed for Shane to arrange the job for us. Very satisfactory and now only a week later we have a heat pump working beautifully again.

Great service organized a appointment quickly. The electrician (Louise) was an absolute gem. Worked quickly and explained everything also cleaned up after completion of job. All the light fittings look great. Have used laser in the past but under new owner it is even better. Keep up.the good work.

Shane went over quote thoroughly with me. Raynor installed gas and hob to new kitchen. Very efficient and professional. Every question answered. Plumber connected new taps, reliable and easy to deal with. Great service couldn't fault them.

Installed a water pressure valve in the old copper piping in the front lawn - pressure here was measured at 800, then adjusted to 500. All good since. No negative effect on my excellent shower! Work seemed to get done efficiently in reasonable time...
